Central Production Engineer (Part-Time)
Our primary objective in every ministry where production is present is to create an atmosphere that enables people to encounter the living God in a way that glorifies Christ and removes distractions, allowing hearts to focus on Him. To succeed in this role, a person must prioritize personal discipleship with the Lord, equipping them to serve with humility, focus, and a heart to help others experience genuine worship.

Central Executive Assistant (Full-Time)
Our primary objective in the Operations Department is to create systems and environments that allow ministry to flourish without unnecessary obstacles, supporting the mission of helping people encounter the living God. To succeed in this role, a person must ensure that the behind-the-scenes details—organization, communication, and administration—reflect excellence and integrity, ultimately freeing others to focus on ministry. To succeed in this role, a person must prioritize personal discipleship with the Lord, cultivating a servant-hearted diligence, clear-minded stewardship, and a commitment to fostering order that honors Christ in all things.
