Nampa Worship Coordinator (Full-Time)
Our primary objective in every ministry where worship is present is to have an encounter with the living God in a way that glorifies Christ and stirs our hearts to express our love and devotion to God actively. To succeed in this role, a person must prioritize personal discipleship with the Lord, equipping them to persuasively invite others to join them in genuine worship.
Central Production Engineer (Part-Time)
Our primary objective in every ministry where production is present is to create an atmosphere that enables people to encounter the living God in a way that glorifies Christ and removes distractions, allowing hearts to focus on Him. To succeed in this role, a person must prioritize personal discipleship with the Lord, equipping them to serve with humility, focus, and a heart to help others experience genuine worship.
Central Media Coordinator (Full-Time)
Our primary objective in every ministry where media is present is to share the message of the Gospel in a way that glorifies Christ and reaches people both inside and outside the church, removing distractions and pointing hearts to Him. To succeed in this role, a person must prioritize personal discipleship with the Lord, equipping them to serve with creativity, humility, and a heart to help others encounter God through media.
Kids Ministry
Kids City Elementary Coordinator (Part-Time)
Our primary objective in every ministry where kids are present is to create an environment where children can encounter the living God in a way that glorifies Christ and draws their hearts closer to Him. To succeed in this role, a person must prioritize personal discipleship with the Lord, equipping them to serve with humility, creativity, and a genuine love for helping kids encounter God’s love.
