Registration & Fees include Application Fees, Student Fees, Student School Supplies, and Facility Fees. They are due in full at the time of registration and hold your child’s spot for school in the Fall. All Registration & Fees are non-refundable. There may be minor additional expenses throughout the year for things like special project supplies, field trips, and Kindergarten graduation gowns, etc.

Tuition is due in full on the first day of school unless payment arrangements have been made in the office. Monthly payments can be arranged to be due on either the 1st or the 15th of the month. There is a 5-day grace period before it is considered late. If payment is not received by the 5th day, a late fee is automatically assessed on the 6th day.

Tuition and Fees may by paid in the form of check or cash directly to the Legacy Schools office, or online through our PraxiSchool system. After 15 days of non-payment, a student may be dropped from a class. Payments not received after 3 months may be sent to collections.

If you need to withdraw your student(s) from the school before the end of the school year, please give us at least one week’s notice to prepare transfer documents. There will be no refund for the month of withdrawal.
