At the preschool and kindergarten at Christian Faith Center, our focus is to teach children in a God-centered environment. We believe that each child is uniquely and individually made in God’s image for a plan and a purpose. We not only focus on academics, but the whole child. When children feel safe, validated, and loved, learning organically happens.
Along with biblical teachings, our academic standards are exceptional. Our daily classroom rhythm is developmentally appropriate and provides learning stations that address each individual child’s own learning style. We use curriculums such as Zoophonics, Lee Pesky, Good and the Beautiful, Hands On Bible curriculum, along with some Waldorf and Montessori elements threaded throughout our program. We believe that learning should be engaging and fun!

Fall of 2022/2023
Kindergarten at CFC will consist of daily learning rhythms. Those rhythms include literacy, mathematics, handwork (fine motor), arts & crafts, language arts, Bible, and gross motor play. Each rhythm is designed to address daily learning in a kinesthetic manner that engages our students through experience. When children learn through experience, it helps to develop independent thinking and problem-solving skills. Having these skills, will build confidence in our students. Confident children have the freedom to be curious learners and curious learners never stop learning!
Class meets Monday through Friday 8:30am-12:30pm
Need to be 5-years-old by September 1st.
The primary focus of the 1st Grade class is to build on literacy, writing, language arts, and math skills introduced in kindergarten. The daily learning schedule will incorporate these important skills as well as kinesthetic learning opportunities along with the Biblical principles threaded throughout the curriculum. Parents will be partnering with the classroom teacher in our hybrid class structure to ensure a well-rounded learning environment.
Children must be 6 by September 1st and have completed kindergarten the previous year.
